Getting a ServiceNow Dev Environment

I want to build integrations with ServiceNow, I setup a dev environment and it provided me with App Engine Studio, now it's showing me app templates and apps I can "create" with no coding, etc..
I don't want to create a new app in ServiceNow, I want to have a demo/dev tenant with IT Service and HR to try out pulling info from ServiceNow with REST APIs, etc..
How can I do that?

My user role shows as App Engine Studio Creator. Anything I can do about that?

yes change that role
to admin
can you see change role option there

in the picture i uploaded there is Change user role click on that option

I still see same plugins:
> ITOM Metric Management / Operational Intelligence
> ITSM Roles
I also don't see anything else related to IT or HR

Thanks, I changed it now to Admin. Would this affect the plugins available for me?
