We have integrated Servicenow with MS Teams. Not using virtual agent, just live agent chat functionality we are using. Functionality was working perfectly fine before clone.
But after clone when trying to initiate a chat, we are getting an error "Invalid requested resource path".
See below screenshot:
We have check all the OAuth records which we have used (ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams App, Microsoft Teams Chat Single Tenant). They are as it is as before cloning.
Anyone have faced similar issue before?

Dear All,
We also encountered the same issue in our instances and found out that the cause is the special characters in the Microsoft "Chat Title" field which are not allowed by Microsoft.
After removing the "/" and the ":" in the chat title on the screenshot attached, it did work again.
