give public read access to a report

Hi All,

How can I give public read access to a report ?  If I share the report to everyone ,will everyone get write and delete access as well or I need to do something else ?

Warning:  Do NOT publish reports unless you are absolutely certain you know what you are doing.   By Publishing reports, you can inadvertently make your internal data visible to the world.

In fact, I believe I have read that Servicenow is discontinuing the "publish" feature due to security risk.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong

Hi @Ashish Das 

To make a ServiceNow report publicly accessible, either publish the report  with Everyone.

Also, verify that the underlying table has a read ACL granted to the public role.
