Grammarly is no longer working as an extension

Good afternoon,

I wanted to use Grammarly when creating tickets in service now.

I followed the steps in the below post,

It seems that none of the boxes is being recognised in service now, (Attached image)

Its all installed but its just not recognising that there is a box to enter text, 

Are you able to help with this?

Biased as the developers, and not sure if this is still relevant, but we at Sapling have been working to make it work with ServiceNow.
