Group by view in service portal?

Hi Sunita,

Both way its possible. If you're adding it to portal, you'll have make the changes in the widget and for native UI you can directly GlideAggregate the record in your catalog script.

Can you tell me what is your  exact requirement ?? Are you trying to create any report on Catalog Items or its something different?
