Group not receiving email

Hello,

 

Group not receiving email when incident is created 

 

when i checked sys_email log and opened the log and preview email. i got below error show.

 

Error: "The group GROUP_NAME only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.

HI Imran,

 

Normally ServiceNow notifications come from service-now.com which is the domain for their customer instances.  The message that you are seeing sounds like one being returned from your internal email system.  You need to tell that group to accept emails from ServiceNow.
