We have successfully performed the integration between ServiceNow and our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM, formerly known as Desktop Central).
In our Software Request Service Template (Servicenow Request Software Catalog), we currently have a drop-down list of 12 published software items available to end-users. Out of these, we would like to configure 5 specific software applications to be auto-deployed to the requester’s endpoint once the request is approved, without requiring remote access to the device.
Could you please guide us on how to configure this use case so that these 5 applications are deployed automatically upon approval?
