Have problem_admin role but cannot delete problems or tasks

Hi,

I have granted a user the problem_admin role but they cannot delete problems or tasks.  I ran the access analyzer which shows they have the permission, I am quite stuck.

We are a small team and I want my problem management team (of 2) to be able to fully manage the Problem module

Any advice on where to look is appreciated

Can you post the list of Delete ACLs on the problem table? Most likely there is an issue there, regardless of what the access analyzer is showing.

Try impersonating the user to whom you granted the problem_admin role to check whether they were really not able to delete the records or not. Also, ask the user to clear the browser cache and try it again as ACL issues can be caused by browser caching.
