Header missing for one User in ServiceNow

we got the request from User that there Search option is not coming, We checked and found that his header is not coming, Can anyone suggest how can we get it back. As user is using older UI, We have no clue where to start.

This looks like UI 15 which is really old. Click the on gear ICON in the upper right and go to UI 16.

It looks like gear option is also missing, complete header is not available

Hi Ahmad,

This could be due to some property changes or if it is only one user then it depends on User Preferences. Initial debug step can be updating User Preference record for this user similar to system.

Next, you can check the System UI > Themes and also UI Properties. Compare these values with OOB instance usage. 

As a tip, just try zoom out option as well (ctrl -)

hi @Akash4 , 

I am not able to find any System UI setting as gear options, profile option, everything is missing when we impersonate the user as well. As suggested, tried zoom in out, but no Luck
