I have already seen that.
Who is really solution consultant / customer outcomes representative / support account manager??
I have already checked internally. We don't have such presentative at our organization and also in ServiceNow side.
We have access to ServiceNow support portal. Is it not possible for us to request it from Support portal (Hi)?

A healthscan report is free. To obtain your report, you need to ask your Sales Consultant or Success Manager for the a copy of the report.
