Hello experts, I was wondering is there a way to share list of records with groups or users from ServiceNow? I can see how to do it from a record but not to share the whole list. for example I am trying to share list of incidents with their assignment group... any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I would suggest building a report by going to Reports - Create New in your NOW instance and building it from the appropriate table (Incident in your case) and you can then share that report out.

Hi Wendy,

You can go to Reports View/Run, create a new report on Incident table, save that report, use that report in a dashboard and share that dashboard access to the people you want to. You can also share report to them.
