Trying to use the the SM Planned Maintenance application but it's not triggering a facilities request.
I've gone through the Wiki but still nothing - Anyone successfully using this module who can provide some help on where I may be going wrong?

ServiceNow support have come back with a solution which correlates with claytonberry findings and appears to fix the issue
The issue was a Maintenance Plan (MP0000015) which was installed when I loaded the demo data. This maintenance plan is looking at cmdb_ci_dc_inverter table, unfortunately that table does not exist on my instance. Due to this issue no maintenance plans ran!!
I deleted the MP000015 plan and confirmed that my test maintenance plan generated a ticket - . (Still more testing to do but looks promising)
Dr.Bruce you probably installed the demo data and its the same issue. Let me know if it works for you.
It's concerning that one incorrect MP stops all plans from processing. I also need to confirm if the first solution supplied (change the script include) is still needed.

Hi, had another update from SN about this - my problem wasn't solved by the removal of demo PPMs - Field Service Management Work Orders (or Work Order Tasks) were still not being created.
>>Service Now has recognized that there is an issue with this plugin and have created the problem ticket PRB653714 to document the issue you face.
>>As a next investigative step I removed all demo data from the the Planned Maintenance application, then, following the guidelines provided in the Service Now wiki documentation for Managing Maintenance Plans, I created new maintenance plan records and schedules. I found that I was able to execute the schedule job "PlannedMaintenance Nightly Run". However, despite the steps taken ensuring that the code ran successfully I still saw no new work order generated. This investigation has revealed that there are several issues with the SM Planned Maintenance plugin, also that our current documentation is inadequate. This being the case I have raised a task with our dev team to explain how the application, in its current state of existence, should be utilizedUpdate to follow<<

Hi Eric, SN (via HI) have fixed my problem. So the Planned Maintenance is working for Field Service Management, HR, and Facilities from our quick tests (Field SM has been heavily tested as we're going live with that).
SN did create a Problem Record for this which may help : PRB653714
Cheers, Bruce
