Hi, Could any one tell me what the resolution time for P1, P2, P3, P4 tickets are by ServiceNow?

Can anyone throw some light on what the resolution time taken by ServiceNow to complete P1, P2, P3 and P4 tickets.

It probably depends on your contract. When I was working as a customer to ServiceNow, that information was in the contract we signed.

Hi I am sorry, Let me rephrase the question I actually wanted to know what the resolution time for P1, P2, P3, P4 incidents raised from Hi-Portal to ServiceNow ( SLA Resoultion Time)?
