Hi, Could any one tell me what the resolution time for P1, P2, P3, P4 tickets are by ServiceNow?

Can anyone throw some light on what the resolution time taken by ServiceNow to complete P1, P2, P3 and P4 tickets.

It depends on Contract between your organization and service-now.


you can check by contract_sla.LIST from left navigation in Legacy service-now instance.

And that will probably be in your contract towards ServiceNow. I think they have a few different SLAs depending on how much you are willing to pay.



So a P3 SLA for you might not have the same timeframe as for another SN customer.
