Hi, One specific user not able to add attachment on any table inc, req,change,problem. No error but the attachment keeps loading and never completes.

Do you remember solving this issue ? If yes please share . I am facing similar issue in HRSD.

Check the user_name, if it is more than 40 character, user will not be able to add any attachments. Try to decrease the user_name for that user to be under 40 character
