Hi Team, need help in Servicenow - JIRA spoke integration

Hi team,

Im working on Servinow to jira spoke Integration. When someone update problem record(description,category,company,etc) on Servicenow, same updation should be done on JIRA side as well

I created flow designer for create action (its working fine). I need Flow designer for Update action.

I did same steps as mentioned in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0818189 

 Still getting error as following:

Hi team,

 

whoever is facing this issue please note:

there is mistake in KB article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0818189

type of Input 'Additional Fields' is 'String', but in KB article is its 'Name/Value'.

Hey @Ankur bawiskar,

Thanks for your response. But this vdo is regarding When "action is created".

If you see in video, trigger condition is 'Incident is created'.

I want is, When we update record then same update should apply to JIRA too.

Update ACTION is mention in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0818189

 

But still we got error. You can check error SS on question itself.

 

is there any mistake in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0818189 ? Because someone modified it 3 days ago.

Not working in Quebec version

yes I could see the KB article is updated 4 days ago.

That might be the reason it is not working.

Was this working fine in earlier version?

The error talks about unexpected token so did you check the JSON is proper which is going out from ServiceNow

Hey 

It was working in Paris. If you could check what is wrong in this article, it would be great.

Since I could not install JIRA spoke in my PDI I cannot explore much on that.
