hide columns from Personalize List Columns for some users groups ??

I have a table with too much columns. some of them just need to be shown for special groups of users, in the form it works fine but they still appear in the available columns in when i try to Personalize list columns.

Can you please give more details on what you mean by " but my problem is with the 2 others groups because they are variable,"?

The 2 others groups i get them from   2 fields in a form and they are depending on what record the user has choosed

I tried to hide a field ' assignment group' from personalized list via ACL operation 'add_to_list' on Madrid.

Unfortunately, it didn't work
