Hide Conversational Panel in Service Operations Workspace or Agent Workspace

Hi All,
We are looking to have the conversation panel closed when a chat has been moved to closed complete state. May I please know if anyone has any information on how this chat window can be made collapsible or hidden once the agent closes the interaction as closed complete?

Hi @Praveen V R ,
Everything related to the workspace interface can be configured from the UI Builder, go to the UI Builder and there you can find your workspace name, in the content section you will find the page you want to remove.

Hi @AJ-TechTrek,
Thank you for your response, but that does not seem to fix my issue as I would need a little more information. If you could help me with the steps on how we can choose to hide the Agent Chat Shell only when certain conditions are met? If I use the UI builder I would be able to hide the Agent Chat Shell completely but I want it to be hidden under certain conditions only. Please let me know if you have more information that can help.
