Hi Team,
we have created holiday schedules for 45 countries, we have attached all the schedules for main schedules, we are using the same schedules in SLA's. in SLA's Timezone source is The Caller's location's time zone and in Holiday schedules also we have added the time zone. Now we have created incident and today is holiday still SLA is showing as in progress, it is not changed the state to pause.
In SLA timeline is showing it is inprogress
