Homepage won't load

I'm having an issue not being able to load my homepage in Helsinki using the Homepage link.

https://xxx.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=/home.do

Redirects to

Ends at

https://xxx.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=/false/false

I thought that I did something to mess up my custom homepage so I deleted it from the Homepage Admin list but it still won't load. This seems be limited to just my account which is good but has anyone seen this issue before?

Hi Aryanos,

I was actually able to resolve this by following the KB Article below posted on Hi. Apparently this is a known issue.
