How add attachments in service now via integration.

Hello All, 

 

We are doing an integration of Service now with an external platform using REST API script. If a form is submitted on the external platform then RITM ticket is created on service now. We are sending attachments from the external platform how should i add it in the created RITM record?

 

Any kind of help will be appreciated.

If you want to use another way, there exists a 3th party decentalized tool that specialises in sending attachments.

I have been using it quite a while and it works wonders for this, it is called Exalate.
