Hello everyone,

 

I'm seeking information about  how the auto-approve feature functions works in ServiceNow for the Qualys CMDB sync. Currently, there is an issue where certain Configuration Items (CIs) are not being auto-approved, and I'm keen on understanding the underlying reasons behind this occurrence. If anyone has insights or can provide an explanation,

it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
