How can an Admin modify a user's notification channel?

In the Jakarta product documentation, I see where a User can modify their notification channels. Modify notification channels
Is there a way that an Admin can modify on behalf of the user? As a user, their email address is not editable.

If the question is : can an admin modify the email address of an user associated with a device, the answer is yes.

Hello Tracey,
IT should be that if you put glide.notification.preference.ui.enabled in false, then you will see the notificaitons as in the previous version.
In user/groups you search fro the user, then you have the Link: notification Preferences, Then click on the Primary Email let us say. I am attaching some print screens.

Hello Tracey,
You should be able to modify the Notification channel via cmn_notif_device <Notification Devices> table.
Go to cmn_notif_device.list
Search for the desired user and the Notification Channel name. Then, modify the user's email address from that record.
