How can I add a Delegate to a CAB Definition..

I need to have a Delegate have the ability to "Host" a CAB Workbench meeting.

Currently when I try to add the users name does not appear even though they are in the CAB Manager group/

Hi, potential delegates need to have the 'sn_change_cab.cab_manager' role?
Without the role they are unable to delivery cab manager functionality and so are not available for selection as a delegate.

Thanks that was good information but I still need to allow the delegate to run the workbench meeting (start/stop). I saw somewhere the delegate should be able to "host" the meeting but still don't see how.

Hi, in the CAB workbench a delegate will see a 'host' button
once they click on host they become the CAB manager (for the meeting and) will have the option to start the meeting.to Start the meeting.

Any defined CAB Delegate will have an action called "Host" within the attendee widget, allowing them to take control and perform any of the same functions as the defined CAB Manager would have been able to.

This design is in place to avoid delegates and the CAB Manager having control issues within the meeting. Once a delegate takes control, they are considered the CAB Manager and will be the only one who has 'control' of the meeting.

how do the delegates approve or reject?  i can't figure out to get that option to show up
