I need to add additional stage outage after configuration. I tried many ways but it's not working. and this option need to display only in list view.
Stages depend on the Flow (or Workflow) being executed for a given Catalog Item.
That is where additional Stages can be defined: in Flows (or Workflows) - see image attached.
But any change will only apply to subsequent requested items; existing requested items will keep showing the stages as defined when the requested item was created.
