How can I add an extra status to the incident form?

I would like to add a status called 'Awaiting Third Party' and another called 'Indepth' is this possible please?

I would then like for the SLA to pause then in this status, please can I have instructions of how to do this?

Hi Lisa,

Right click the field and hit configure choices and you can add in your new state options there. Then, go to your SLA definition and in the pause condition tab add the filter state is one of you new states
