How can I assign multiple requests from my groups work to one resource

I want to be able to assign multiple tickets to one person at the same time. How can I do this?

You should be able to go to the list view of the ticket and on the "Assigned to" column, Press the shift button and drag down on all tickets affected. Double click on one of the columns and assign to whoever, click the check mark and all the highlighted columns will populate with the same name.
