How can I change colors on the Process Flow Formatter based on the different values?

I would like to change the green color on the process flow formatter to red for an specific value. Has anyone come across this yet?

Thanks,

You're limited in your ability to do this because the arrow end of the formatter is actually an image. It's technically possible to do what you're asking but you need to have a separate image of each color and then manipulate the style of the formatter after it is rendered using a client script on the form. If you can give me specific requirements I'll see if I can come up with a solution in the next few days.

Hi Mark,

Is there a way I can hide one of the activity in the process flow. We have used process flow functionality   for change management module. We are using it to specify the current stage of the form but different types of changes have different stages. For instance a schedule change may have Draft, Approver 1 , Approver 2 and Approver 3 as its stages but Minor change may have only Draft and Approver 2 as its stage.

Have you ever been with type of situation.

Hey Ayush,

I am in a similar situation. Did you get a solution for it?

Thanks

Mark, first of all thank you for looking into this. We are building a Risk Management application leveraging some existing functionality from IT GRC. The main intention is to give the ability to the users to create and modify Risk records to enhance our Risk Management process. There are specific states we created leveraging the State field - 'Identified (Known)', 'Open', 'Triggered (Issue)', 'Closed', 'Rejected' and 'Withdrawn'. I found out a way to change the background and font colors on the 'Risk Status' (State) field for the specific state of 'Triggered (Issue)'. However, when I add the Process Flow on the form all states are showing up in green, causing some confusion to the users. I'm looking to also have that particular state - 'Triggered (Issue)' to be displayed with the red background color. See the attachment for reference. Let me know if you have additional questions.

Thanks again!
