How can i change service operation workspace search engine from zing to AI Search?

Please provide me the detailed steps to configure this?

I migrated the SOW to AI search using next experience interface, and status is also showing as migrated. However, when i perform a search in SOW, I'm still getting the same result as before i.e. from Zing search.

Please guide me how can i fix this.

Hi @ankitk6 

I think this requires indexing; if that’s not the case, try clearing the cache and check again. Also, how are you validating whether it’s using AI search or Zing?
