A colleague create an item in the request catalog.
That is fine, pretty standard stuff:
He then went ahead and copied it via the Insert and Stay option, but the new Item seems to be missing the [Update][Delete] option?
Did anyone run into something like this before?
Is this a know issue?
And is there any way to change the picutre aside from via the options that are missing now?

Hi MO,
You can update or delete the image from the service portal. When you are on the item it self, do a "CTRL + Right click" and select "Open sc_cat_item"
It works for me.

Sadly no change.
I tried Advanced, Default View and Item Designer, but in none of them do I see the option to change the picture š

Can you try a different browser and see if that helps.
try clearing broswer cache and instance cache too.
for instance cache:

Please mark my response as correct and helpful if it helped solved your question.
-Thanks

Switching Browsers, clearing browser cache (or even working from completely different devices for that matter) did not change anything.
I would rather only clear the prod instance cache as a last resort, since there is the performance impact on anyone while it rebuilds.
Is there anything else I could do here?
