A colleague create an item in the request catalog.
That is fine, pretty standard stuff:
He then went ahead and copied it via the Insert and Stay option, but the new Item seems to be missing the [Update][Delete] option?
Did anyone run into something like this before?
Is this a know issue?
And is there any way to change the picutre aside from via the options that are missing now?

Hi MO,
You can update or delete the image from the service portal. When you are on the item it self, do a "CTRL + Right click" and select "Open sc_cat_item"
It works for me.

hello, have you tried to minimize the size or to shift the view slightly to one side?

Tried.
Sadly not working.
No change in any way shape or form to the View fixed it.

I have the same problem, after copying an existing catalogue item, the picture has the Delete and Update links missing...
Thanks for the workaround from editing it from the service portal.
