Did you check the gear icon settings and the system property value mentioned above?

Hi Kranthi,
if you click on the gear icon on the right hand side there you can see option as Show domain picker in header
also check system property is true or not
glide.ui.domain_reference_picker.enabled
when this property is true;
The domain reference picker appears in the UI16 header.

I have activated the Domain separation plugin still i Can't able to see the same.
