Does anyone know what the plugins are for ITSM Professional. My company has plans to upgrade to ITSM Professional in the start of 2020 but we would like to have that enabled in our sub-prod instances before hand to get a better understanding of the difference. I created Hi tickets asking to have it enabled in our sub-prod instances but they are unable to do so because they are asking for the specific plugins to activate. I also reached out to our sales rep and he was unable to provide the specific plugins for ITSM Pro. I hope someone here can help me figure out what are the correct plugins for ITSM Pro.

Hi,
Per the ServiceNow website, the professional package (if that's what you're referring to) is located here: https://www.servicenow.com/products/itsm.html#getstarted
And lists these features/plugins:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change and Release Management
Request Management
Asset and Cost Management
Walk-Up Experience
Agent Workspace
Now Mobile*
Mobile Agent*
Knowledge Management*
Configuration Management*
Reports and Dashboards*
Service Level Management*
Benchmarks*
Surveys and Assessments*
Virtual Agent
Predictive Intelligence
Performance Analytics
Continual Improvement Management
Service Owner Workspace
Vendor Manager Workspace
With these specific ones being different from the standard package:
- Virtual Agent
- Predictive Intelligence
- Performance Analytics
- Continual Improvement Management
- Service Owner Workspace
- Vendor Manager Workspace
So I assume it would be any plugin that deals with those features above as things like: Performance Analytics has tons of "content packs". So it would be a lot to list. You'd want to activate what you all would use or think you'd use and then come back and activate more as you go along, etc.

Yea, the link(s) the other user posted below are exactly what I've done here. I've linked you to that and then broke down the packages describing what was different.

I suppose we can laugh. What's funny is when people post redundant information. That always nets a chuckle out of me.
