How can I get who are listed in event parm1 and event parm2 ?

Hi Team, 

When we created Outage emails are sending to event parm1 and event parm2. 

How do I change these list ? currenlty mails are going different people, want to change user list. where Can I change Even Parm1 and 2 users list. 

Please help.

Hi,

 

You need to first check the event name from your notification then

Check the Event Registry for that event (if anyone who created the event specify from where this event is triggered). If no details found then there will be multiple situation from where the event is triggered as -

--> From Business Rule (check in the filter with condition as - Script contains your event name)

--> From Workflow (check the workflow running on that table from where the notification is configured)

--> From Scheduled Job

Those parameters are passed from gs.eventQueue method which might be written in BR, workflow or script include, please find it out and update based on your requirement.
