One user in watchlist not receiving emails

Hi Community,

After a comment is made on a request/incident we send notifications to the assignedto user created user and people in watchlist everything is working fine but once specific user in the watchlist not receiving email notifications. can anyone help we what might be happening.

Hi Shiva,

Can you check in cmn_notif_device module and see if the Primary email is active for the mentioned user.
