In ServiceNow, is there a plug-in or analytics package which allows a customer to perform Drift Management?
How does one find out about that server which was spun up in the middle of the night as a result of a critical outage but where a latent change was not then opened after the fact? Assume ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceWatch are both operating in the environment.

Hi Curtis,
to my knowledge there's no OOB functionality to handle Drift Management. This is something you'll have to configure yourself for the processes (even when using Discovery or ServiceWatch).
To have a concrete view on all available plugins: https://wiki.servicenow.com/?title=List_of_Plugins#gsc.tab=0
Kind regards,
Stijn

Doesn't ServiceWatch give you the ability to create Change records when it detects the presence of a new object without an associated change?

Yes, it does. My apologies. However, I have no idea whether this is still supported in Service Mapping starting from the Geneva release?
