How can I resize and place widgets side by side?

Hello.

Me again. How can I resize and place widgets side by side? Say I want to have a lane of three widgets, then two side by side below, then two more. The first couple of widgets should be side by side displaying the incident counts for specific priorities.

Then down below queue widgets and all that.

How could I do that?

You can customize your page to adjust widget layout as per your requirements.

Yes, but this is for the Service Portal functionality of the tool. I want to do this for internal users when they go to an application. Like Incident --> Overview. I can point that application menu to a dashboard, but I can't put the widgets side by side.

You can change layout of incident overview dashboard to add different widgets.

Please click on change layout to update layout.
