How can set real time in SLA

Hi everyone !
I have 1 SLA in Workspace . This is the date of the last transition from the current date and time . This run but run every day not real time .
This is setting

Does it really only update once a day, or does it update on refreshing the page as well? The SLA is not on the record itself, but on a different table, so real time updates on an SLA while looking at the record is almost impossible (it doesn't count down, it shows you the current value when calling the record).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

i want when current time changes, time in SLA also changes . real time -> How to ?

Hi, I believe SLA gets recalculated more often the closer to deadline it gets.
There is a property you can set to ensure it will be recalculated every time someone views the ticket form, just be aware of potential performance impact (I have not observed any bad impact personally):
