how can we find incident numbers assigned to a change request number?

I need to make a report which contains all the incidents assigned to that change request.
What filters and which table i need to select in order to find that,please suggest me as i am not finding the number of incidents?

Hi Himangi Gautam,
You can add those as filter conditions in you report.
Ex: If I have to generate that report for
1. request no : CHG0030076
2. assignment group : Human Resources Vendors
3. for incidents created between 6th June and Today
The report looks like this

No, being an ITIL user is no issue here. I have created the above report as an ITIL user and it worked for me.
Can you apply those same filter conditions on Incident list and see if it's populating any records?

when i am applying the same i got the following report.
Could you please tell me after applying the same filters ,Change Request: (empty) (50) is showing (empty) what does that mean?

This report is correct, just add a condition that change_request is not empty.
And add some data intentionally so that you can test the outcome
