how can we find incident numbers assigned to a change request number?

I need to make a report which contains all the incidents assigned to that change request.
What filters and which table i need to select in order to find that,please suggest me as i am not finding the number of incidents?

That means that none of the incident records are referenced to a Change request. Try creating some dummy incidents associated to a change request then you can see the incidents in the report. The report is working fine
