How can we show plain text for comments and work notes in the list view?

Dear all,

Comments and Work Notes are displayed with HTML code in the list view.

Thus HTML code is also shown in an Excel Export.

We need this export to communicate with external consultants and the HTML makes the text very hard to read.

How can we show plain text in the list view and the excel export?

P.S.:

The issue with HTML text also appears in PDF exports of tickets.

However, if one creates a PDF via the "printer friendly version" (see below) this issue (i.e. HTML instead of plain text) does not appear!?

My Bad. I mentioned the wrong property above. Can you Update the below property Value as False and then try again.

glide.ui.escape_html_list_field

The html code is still visible.

I tried glide.ui.escape_html_list_field with glide.ui.security.allow_codetag is true and false.

Furthermore it seems to be a problem only with Comments not with Worknotes !?

I'm still trying to find a pattern in our instance.

It seems that the issue only remains with comments, work notes are fine.

Maybe there is also an issue how the user types in the text.
