Hi I have had a query to day from one of my customers. They use Service-now to log all incidents and Requests but wanted to look for an old Ticket they had raised which had been closed, is their a way end users can view old closed tickets of their own. I can find Incidents for them as an end user but cant locate where they would view requests?
