I am asking this question in a very basic way, please answer it in simple terms. I received an enhancement to remove an approval requirement from a form in the service catalog. I assume I should open the workflow and make the change there. I have not done this before, I have the form open, but I do not know how to view the workflow? Also, when I open the workflow can I make the deletion on it or do I have to go elsewhere? Thank you!

Hi Delvory,
You can follow the step:
- Open the item for which you want to modify the workflow.
- Under the "Process Engine" section check the workflow name.
- Click on the triangle next to the workflow field. It will open the workflow.
- Now checkout the workflow.
- In the workflow, activities are linked to each other by connecting lines. So in your case as well approval activity will have before & after activities marked with the lines.
- Now before deleting the Approval activity, make sure you connect the previous activity of approval to the next activity of approval. It will not break the flow.
- Now you can delete the activity.

Hi
1.) First check if your table is using Workflow or Flow designer
2.) To check workflow, Go to workflow editor from navigator and filter record with the table name
3.) To check the flow designer, Go to flow designer from navigator and filter record with the table name
4.) If there is a workflow on your table, Open that workflow record. To edit the workflow you have to check out first and remove the approval activity in the workflow
5.) If there is a flow on your table, make it Inactive first and remove the approval action. Please make sure it doesn't impact the following actions in flow.
