How do I retrieve results for survey based on assignment group?

Good Morning,

I am trying to create a report that will give me survey results for an assignment group also down to user level.  I am not sure how to view this information.  I am currently using the Metric table but it only shows assigned to for the survey, not the incident.

Hi Jewell,

You will need to set the Assignment Group & Assigned to as "Related Field" in your survey trigger condition.

Then set up your report as per example below.

For some reason I do not have the "Related Record Option"

I have completed the Related Fields.

Hi Jewell,

Sorry I was not 100% clear there 🙂 The Related Record fields are on "Instance".
So do "Show related Fields"
Instance >> Assessment Instance Fields 
And there you'll see the related record 1 to 5.
