Still have not figured out how to set up a shift pattern where a person works 4-days then is off for 4-days. Does anyone know if this is possible?
I have currently setup 14 separate shifts to cover the 7 possible rotations, as shown below. After doing this however, I noticed an issue, where because some rotations have more than one person and some have a single person, it prevents me from using this approach because the 2nd assigned member (Secondary) will move onto the next rotation quicker.
This is why I think having a single configured shift with the 4-days on 4-days off approach would work best. Then the shift member rota will work as desired.
Hope I make sense!
