Resolved! Selecting incident fields on portal (sp, esc) view

I'm trying to edit the fields that are depicted on the header section of the esc portal when a user selects My Requests, then selects one of the incidents, as per the attached image.  Simply adding the fields to the Service Portal view have no effect...
