How do i update cmdb using excel sheet information

Hi
How do i populate Location row, location rack and location rack unit information in CMDB for the device names mentioned in excel sheet otherwise how do i export information in excel sheet to cmdb.
after updating i would like to know out of the total 739 devices, how many devices exists in SNOW CMDB, devices does not exist and devices that we updated with the Location row, location rack and location rack unit information with the information provided.

Sarjan,
In the filter navigator type cmdb.list. On list load, left-click anywhere in the header of the list, select Import>Update>Create Excel Template to enter data>include all fields in the template>Create Excel template. Once downloaded, open the file and make any necessary changes to the required fields and save. To upload these changes, back to ServiceNow, follow the same method, sans the create Excel Template step, select file location > Upload.

Thank you for your reply.
I need to target Server form to update specific field like location rack, location rack unit and others fields.
How do i target that particular field? otherwise does service now automatically pics the data from the excel sheet refereeing to the fields in excel sheet and populate the target fields.

Use import set for your requirement, where you will have an option to map the source and target file. Refer the below docs
