how do you add new actions to the Actions on selected rows

I want to be able to create actions (such as adding a Problem # to a group of incidents) that you would do using the "actions on selected rows" button.

Different actions depending on the situation (closing a group of tickets; adding a change or problem ticket, etc.

I am assuming the same process could be using in the Knowledge Base: moving selected items to a new knowledge base or changing catergories

I want to be able to add new actions to the "actions on selected rows" button when

You have to create a UI action and select List choice to true to make it visible under drop down.

The options in that menu are known as UI Actions. You can add them in several places throughout the forms and lists.

Hi - What if there are erroneous entries in here added by a previous developer and they don't appear on the gloabl UI actions list? I can;t find them anywhere to delete them.

 

Examples include "test", "timbuktu", "keep_event", "Standard".
