How do you show Co-Assigned Tasks in the Visual Task Board (VTB) under the co-assignee's Lane?

Hello, SNOW community,

Forgive me if this is in the wrong forum.

I'm trying to use the visual task board to assign tasks to users. Noticed there is an "Additional" section, where I presume a set of users can share responsibility, but still have one "main" (Primary) responsible party.
However, under the lane of the person listed as an Additional Assignee, the task isn't there.

Is there a way, to cause it to show up under a co-assignee's Lane, or even branch off a new VTB that shows only co-assigned tasks?

Hi there,

The additional assignee is stored in the Additional assignee list field on the Task. You only need to make that visible in the Activities.

Only added the additional assignee list field on the Incident activites.

Hi, @Mark Roethof thank you for that. While that helps to make the Additional Assignee list visible on the task form view, I guess the functionality I'm after is to create a VTB where the additional assignee can see his/her tasks shared with him/her in a VTB.

I cannot add a vertical lane (or swimlane) for Additional Assignees.

I understand if it's not possible. Was wondering if maybe it was.

Some field types can not be selected. One of them: List. Additional Assignee list, is a List type field.

So no go 😞
