We have a very large software development initiative beginning that is looking at a variety of tools for different purposes. Of course we want to use Service Now to support this as much as possible. They are interested in how Service Now can track bugs/defects during QA testing through the lifecycle of correction and implementation into a release via Release Management.

Look at the SDLC and release management plugins.

Thanks; I should clarify. Does anyone have experience with using Service Now to support the entire SDLC/Agile lifecycle by integrating with testing tools and multiple software systems to not only track the bugs, but to also provide support for the testing lifecycle in software development including requirements traceability?

Did you ever get an answer? We are looking at using ITBM for tracking issues and the CSI Register.
